  Dr Altman is truly a great doctor. However - the rating being so low is primarily due to unprofessional front desk, assistant and nurses. Sadly - after being patient for over 10 years and putting up with 3-4 months later appointments, I must rethink my own healthcare. I am posting this in hopes of letting the management of the office know that they need to train their staff so they don’t pick up phone and not even say hello for 15 seconds. Then not even listen to what I am saying and ask “you wanted a Spanish person right.” Perhaps should have listened to me before asking such question. After repeating my name for 4 times say so I have appointment 4 months later - “so you are not having any problem right?”
  After I requested to speak to the nurse and explain my concern. She transferred me back to a male receptionist to repeat my problem. Seriously where is the patient care there.
  
  If Dr Altman moves her practice I will totally follow but the mgmt of this clinic is nothing more than running a factory at this point. Saldly I have to post a bad review for such an amazing doctor.
