- Howie Tiell★ ★ ★ ★ ★About 10 years ago, I had my whole house installed with Audio Breakthroughs (3 TV's, dvd, music etc). They did a fantastic job and 10 years later I remain a satisfied customer. Over the years, I have had some minor issues; specifically with my universal remote and Spencer has always treated me as a valued customer. He's always done the right thing and resolved the issue that I was experiencing. This is why I recommend small businesses and specially Audio Breakthroughs for your TV/Audio needs and not the big box stores. Spencer is great to work with. Give him a call - you won't be disappointed.

Drove all the way to Long Island from Connecticut to demo the Martin Logan Ethos speakers, which they delivered and have been enjoying them now for a couple of years with great satisfaction. Only complaint. The speakers are so good, I won't be upgrading for a long long time.
