  Wow! This place is extremely unprofessional. I had a trial booked for bridal hair and makeup. I called the day before to confirm and was told we were still on. When I get there, I was told that they had tried to call me to tell me that the make up was cancelled. Meanwhile, I had my phone and received no such call. As for the hair, well I was told that "they had nothing to do with the hair person" and she was at a wedding and couldn't make it.
  
  I can't even believe how rude and unprofessional this place was -- and I was traveling in from the city just for this appointment, which I had made clear with them on the phone. Also, they changed prices on me -- quoted one price and then changed it the next time I called.
  
  I would not trust this operation for wedding hair and makeup.

  I have been to Studio Tres Jolie for three sessions of Laser Hair Removal so far. I have already bought another package to do a second area. The machine that is used doesn't hurt as much as other machines, it's great. I travel to Studio Tres Jolie from Putnam County because Jessica did my bridal makeup and did such a fantastic job with that that I knew I wouldn't be sorry with this. I am not.
